比喻因為一件微不足道的小事而大驚小怪的行為
風暴代表快速而突然的變化，象徵著破壞、變化和激烈的活動。

A situation in which people are very angry or upset about something that is not important. The whole controversy turned out to be a storm in a teacup.
It means a small event that has been exaggerated, a lot of unnecessary anger and worry.
The basic sentiment of a tempest in a teapot and a storm in a teacup seems to have originated in 52 B.C.E. in the writings of Cicero, in a phrase that translates as stirring up billows in a ladle. The Duke of Ormand, in a letter written in 1678, refers to something that is but a storm in a cream bowl.

It sometimes used figuratively for no matter what happens.

To save something for a rainy day means to set aside an asset with the idea of using it sometime in the future when it is needed. Usually, the asset being referred to is money.
A person may say that he is saving something for a rainy day when he adds money to his savings account. A rainy-day fund is smaller than an emergency fund and is often used for one-time small, unexpected expenses. A rainy-day fund should generally have $500-$1000 to ensure you have enough cash on hand to cover things such as car repairs, new appliances, etc. without affecting your monthly budget.
